Smith & Westron
If you are in the Grey City at Hobson’s Livery Stable and walk down the street towards the Three Mountain Inn, you will cross a small bridge over the connection between the two halves of Greensord Park. Once you have gone far enough past the park, you will be able to dodge beggars, grifters, pickpockets, ruffians, buskers, and streetwalkers of assorted species and genders, all the way down to Council Square. If you want to avail yourself of the services of one of the latter, you can motion to them and then proceed to rent a room at one of the cheap inns along the street or, if you are particularly daring (or particularly cheap and/or rushed) you can simply walk down one of the small side alleys. If you want a broadsheet, pipeweed, a cheap piece of jewelry or weaponry, or something presented as food that might actually have real meat in it (but probably just meat juices, redbeans, and lots of spices), you can avail yourself of one of the vendors (pushcart or other). If you want your boots shined, your fortune told, or to play a game of find-the-lady or thimblerig, you can get that, too.
